TO DIY FOR MEMBERSHIP FAQ
- I just signed up for a To DIY For Membership! What will I receive?
- Each month, we send you a box that includes everything you need to make that month’s delightful DIY project. Your box includes: all the craft supplies you need, step-by-step instructions and inspirational project photos. When you’re done with your project, you can go online and share a photo of your version and see how others made theirs!
- What are some examples of To DIY For projects?
- Each DIY project has a theme based on holidays or other popular events. For example, your TO DIY FOR Box may include everything you need to make seasonal decor, delicious treats, or customizable accessories.
- Is the To DIY For Membership available outside of the U.S.?
- To DIY For is only available in the US right now but we hope to move to your country soon.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- None at all. Shipping is on us and taxes, where relevant, are included.
- When will I be billed for the recurring membership?
- When you join TO DIY FOR, you'll be billed for your first box immediately. Thereafter, you'll be billed on the 27th day of the month prior to the box’s shipment month.
- How do I update my billing?
- It’s easy to update billing! Just shoot us a note to email@example.com and let us know you would like to update your billing info.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- If you're a TO DIY FOR recurring member, you can cancel anytime you like. We never charge you a cancellation fee though we are always sad to see you go. To cancel, simply write us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you would like to discontinue your membership. Make sure you email your cancellation request before 12 A.M. Pacific Standard Time on the DAY BEFORE the billing cycle. If you choose to cancel on the day of or after that billing cycle, you will still receive your box for the month and your cancellation will take effect ahead of the next billing cycle.
- When will I receive my first To DIY For Box?
- TO DIY FOR ships on or around the 15th of every month.
- What if I want to change my address?
- To change your address, send an email to email@example.com and tell us your new address.
